Deepen Your Practice
Teacher
All intensives are taught by Claire Saunders (authorized level 2 Ashtanga Yoga teacher) and are available for all levels of practitioner – from beginners to advanced students who wish to go deeper into their personal practice with a group of like-minded students. These retreats are designed to allow students take time out from their daily lives and fully immerse themselves in a week of yoga lifestyle in stunning Provence.

Accommodation
Students are responsible for finding their own accommodation. There are plenty of options for Bouc Bel Air (or La Salle) on Air B n B.

Food
- A delicious vegetarian lunch is prepared (at an additional cost of 15 euros per meal) Monday to Friday for students who would like. This strongly recommended, but not compulsory. This is an excellent opportunity to come together as a community.
- There is also a pause in the morning program for students to have breakfast. Students often eat breakfast together. They can bring their own from home, or there is a local bakery near the studio.
- Students are responsible for their own dinner.

Programme
The structure of the programme is similar for each retreat. However, the content is different for each retreat - making it interesting for students to come again and again.

Minimum 2 Sessions of classes per day
-
6 Mornings of Ashtanga practice (5 Mysore classes and 1 guided Sanskrit class)
-
Extra sessions of pranayama, chanting, asana clinics, philosophy classes, yogic relaxation, meditation, Questions and Answer time, Healing Mantras, Kirtan (singing)
