The Heart of Ashtanga Yoga Retreat

This is a unique opportunity to be fully immersed in the wisdom, movement, and magic of this sacred land.

We’ll move. We’ll breathe. We’ll sit in ancient temples, soaking in the energy of the land that birthed the Yoga we practice today.

We’ll practice asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra and sacred philosophical teachings (with an Indian Vedic Philosophy teacher) all woven together in a way that will guide you deeper into your heart.

While this retreat is open to anyone who is interested, it will be a special chance for people who are newer to traveling in India to receive something magical in India with the safety and ease of travelling with a group.

Small group, huge heart. This retreat has a limited number of spaces that are already filling up fast. so email (AshtangaYogaShalaProvence@hotmail.com) for more information and to reserve your spot soon!
